1. Return Period: You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
2. Condition of Goods: The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. If any parts have been used or damaged, we cannot accept the return.
3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service and retaining proof of postage, as we are not liable for items lost in transit.
